Neschen gudy® 802 is a permanent double-sided self-adhesive transparent polyester mounting film with a carrier thickness of only 23μm (≈ 1 mil), weight 32 g/m². Coated on both sides with a solvent-free, age-resistant, permanently elastic polyacrylate dispersion adhesive (pH ≈ 7.0), it provides a thin, invisible bond ideal for face-mounting photographs, inkjet and digital prints onto a wide range of substrates including hard foam boards (Kapa, Gatorfoam), smooth PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate, laminated chipboard, and aluminium. Adhesive strength: 10 min > 6.0 N/25mm, 24h > 8.7 N/25mm (AFERA 4001). PAT-certified in accordance with ISO 18916. Durability: indoor up to 6 years, outdoor up to 3 years. Storage: 18–25°C, 40–65% RH. Shelf life: 3 years. UV absorption: UV-A 12%, UV-B 85%. End-use temperature: −30°C to +100°C. Article 25551 specifies a 50m × 61cm roll on 76mm (3″) core (≈ 24in width).
