Neschen gudy® 808 PP opaque is a permanent double-sided self-adhesive white BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) mounting film with high opacity (87%). The carrier film is 75μm thick (≈ 3 mil), weight 45 g/m², and coated on both sides with a solvent-free, age-resistant, permanently elastic polyacrylate dispersion adhesive (pH ≈ 7.0). The high opacity makes it ideal for mounting on dark substrates such as Forex® boards, where show-through must be eliminated. Adhesive strength: 10 min > 7.0 N/25mm, 24h > 11.0 N/25mm (AFERA 4001). It is PVC-free (PP-based), cadmium-free, and universally applicable for indoor use. Suitable for mounting photos, inkjet and digital prints onto hard foam, smooth PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate, chipboard, aluminium, and other substrates. Article 6043857 specifies a 50m × 160cm roll on 76mm (3″) core (≈ 63in width). Storage: 18–25°C, 40–65% RH. Shelf life: 1 year. End-use temperature: 0°C to +100°C.
